Magilchi Trust is a non-profit public welfare trust established in the year 2016 at Tiruvallur. Our trust provides food for the homeless people at 3 times a day. Our trust continuously provides psychological counseling for the psychologically affected individuals abandoned by their families, medical treatments, hair cut and provides shelter for the homeless people. We are providing food continuously for more than 1500 days and we have received many awards for the Magilchi Daily Food Drive project.
The office bearers of the trust are Advocate Rtn.Dr.G.Current Karthick as the Managing Trustee, Psychologist Rtn.Dr.K.Anugraha Karthick as the Financial Trustee, Rtn.Dr.V.Asokan as the Chairman/ President, R.Jayakumar as the Secretary and Rtn.S.Elangovan as the Treasurer of the trust. Advocate V.Suresh Babu from Kundrathur and Advocate K.Barani from Tiruvallur are the Legal Advisors of the trust. We have more than 7000 Volunteers across Tamilnadu.
The Mission of the trust is to creat a hunger free or starvation free society for the homeless people. Also every year we celebrate
Magilchi Diwali, Magilchi Samathuva Pongal and Magilchi Christmas with people from downtrodden and tribal community. So far we have provided Psychological counseling for more than 15 lakhs students and we continue to do the same.
